The Village homes are located in the coastal community of La Jolla. Located next to the ocean Scripps Park are the homes known as The Village. This is a large area located just south of the La Jolla Shores community. There is a heavy concentration of condos in this area that offer quick access to the beach.

Education:

La Jolla Village is served by Torrey Pines Elementary School (K-5) in La Jolla Heights, Muirlands Middle School (6-8) in the Muirlands, La Jolla High School (9-12) in the Beach-Barber Tract, and University City High School (9-12) in University City.

Transportation:

La Jolla Village is served by the I-5 and SR-52 freeways, several MTS bus routes, and the Rose Canyon Bike Path. A planned Mid-Coast Trolley station will be located on Nobel Drive on the west side of the I-5.

La Jolla Shores

La Jolla Shores is considered on the most beautiful spots in all of La Jolla. Here you will find grand homes located on the oceanfront and near the beach. Oceanfront homes in this area are often priced between $10 to $20 million with beach close homes priced up to $7 million dollars. This is also a popular spot for vacation rentals especially during the high season summer months.

La Jolla Shores is probably one of the most well known areas in La Jolla and offer residents and tourists large beach areas to enjoy. The Spindrift Golf Course is also located in this area for golf enthusiasts. The homes enjoy easy access to the beach as well as just minutes away from the 5 freeway.

Originally from Brazil, Caroline has been a La Jolla resident for over 16 years and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. She earned a B.A. degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish from San Diego State University and went on to receive an MBA in Finance. As a licensed real estate sales agent, Caroline brings an extensive level of market knowledge and marketing expertise, for both La Jolla and San Diego, to the Tash Team’s portfolio.
