Soledad South

Soledad South homes are located in the coastal community of La Jolla. The homes in this community are located south of Mount Soledad Park area and offer some of the best views of the San Diego skyline, Mission Bay, ocean, city light, and mountain views. The streets in this community are located off Soledad Mountain Road which runs parallel with the 5 freeway. Due to the high elevation, many of the homes in this area have great panoramic views.

For the most part, many of the homes in Soledad were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s with 3 to 4 bedroom ranch-style homes. Homes in this area have easy access to the 5 freeway and the Bird Rock beach is approximately 10 minutes away.
