La Jolla Farms

La Jolla Farms homes in the coastal community of La Jolla. La Jolla Farms is considered of the most expensive areas in La Jolla with large homes on large lots. Homes on the oceanfront will have some of the best panoramic ocean views in all of La Jolla. Homes in this area were originally built in the early 1950’s and 1960’s and have grown to become a very mature and well-established neighborhood of large luxury estate homes that are mainly on the circular streets of La Jolla Farms Rd and Blackgold Rd.

There is no formal association in this community and the homes are custom built-in many architectural styles that include Spanish, Mediterranean, Contemporary, French Chateau amongst others. This is a quiet location that is adjacent to the Torrey Pines golf course and the Torrey Pines State Beach to the north.
