La Jolla Mesahomes are located in the coastal community of La Jolla. The community is situated just above the Bird Rock area in La Jolla and has some of the best coastline, bay and downtown San Diego views. This is a great area if you are looking for a view property as a large majority of homes will have some kind of a view. The homes are still located close to the beach and is an easy 5 minute drive down to the beach.

There is no formal association here with all the homes being custom built in the early 1950’s through the 1970’s. In the last 10 years large custom estate homes have been built in this area due to the command views from this neighborhood and real estate prices will vary a lot depending on the size, location and view of the property.
